Information on our Tournament!
PLEASE NOTE. OUR TEAMSPEAK SERVER IS CURRENTLY LIMITED TO 75 SLOTS. HOSTING A 60 INDIVIDUAL TOURNAMENT + STAFF MEMBERS WILL MOST LIKELY CAUSE THE TEAMSPEAK TO REACH MAX CAPACITY. IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND, PLEASE CONNECT EARLIER AND WAIT ON THE TEAMSPEAK, OR COME IN AT THE

WHERE TO JOIN THE TOURNAMENT?: Teamspeak 3 Client.
HOW TO JOIN THE TOURNAMENT?: Connect to our Teamspeak 3 server.
WHAT IS THE SERVER?: HighlightGaming.ts-ip.com
Put that in your connect > connections server address box and connect to our server, where a staff member will come help you.
We are hosting an all solo entry tournament! This means, you can only "Solo queue" it up! Individuals will enter alone then be matched with 4 other teammates.
The tournament will be open to ALL rankings. You must be level 30, and ranked for the season to attend. (Bronze - Challenger).
There will be 12 Teams (60 players in total) competing in a single elimination bracket format, with every single team trying to reach 1st place!
All the teams will be playing in Tournament Draft Mode, on the map Summoners Rift, or the default 5v5 map. Teams must ready up on both sides before the game is started and champion select begins. Teams are also allowed a 10 minute pause, which must never be in the middle of a team fight. Pauses are allowed if a player disconnects, but if he disconnects mid-fight, pause it after the fight is concluded. Both teams must ready up to unpause.
RINGERS/SUBSTITUTES will be needed. Players who either offer to stay as a ringer, or come in late to the tournament and still wish to participate if possible will become ringers. They will be verified ringers and moved into a waiting room and if a team needs any of them they will be chosen at random to ensure fairness among the ringers.
If said player, or any player on the team disconnects and does not come back within a time period of 5 minutes, Any remaining players from the team will come to the "!!NEED A MODERATOR!!" room and report the disconnect. If a player disconnects mid-game and the game is past the 5 minute mark, we can not restart the game for you with another player. Please report disconnects within the game AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will not restart a 30 minute game just because a teammate disconnected.
After the game has been concluded, the winning team will come to the "Report Match Room" which is listed below the "REGISTER FOR ENTRY HERE" room. After the report of win or loss has been made, the bracket will be updated and the winning team will receive their next opponent.
A 3rd-4th place match is still going to be concluded. Please do not LEAVE if you are in the semi finals and lose. You will be placed in a 3rd and 4th place match face off. These two teams will compete for the 800 rp + 4 win ip boost and 400 rp + 4 win ip boost prizing.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
All rules must be obeyed, and not broken, or possible expulsion from the server and event is possible.
All players must be level 30.
All players must be RANKED for the current season.
All players must adhere to the summoner rules put in place by riot.
BM/Slandering is absolutely not allowed. This will be a ejection from the tournament.
Absolutely no racist terms, jokes, rude comments, and other uncomfortable topics may be discussed. This is possibly offensive to fellow teammates.
If you have any questions/concerns please ask a staff member and they will assist you further with any rules and regulations you may be confused on.
To join this tournament, all you have to do is connect to Highlight Gaming's Teamspeak: HighlightGaming.ts-ip.com and a staff member will help you register for the tournament there.
We do have a rules list that is needed to be followed.
